A 1985 SIU Automotive graduate, Mr. Raines began his corporate career with Mitsubishi Motor Sales of America, holding several positions such as Customer Relations Administrator, Service Training Instructor, District Service Manager, Regional Sales Training Manager, and District Sales Manager. Mr. Raines entered retail consulting by becoming Senior Consultant and then later the Assistant Director of Midwest operations for Key Royal Automotive Company. In 1996, Mr. Raines joined Kia Motors America and held positions such as District Operations Manager and Regional Consumer Affairs Manager. In 2003, he joined Suzuki Motors America by holding positions such as Regional Service and Parts Manager and progressing to become Director of Service and Quality. In 2013, Mr. Raines joined Infiniti Motor Company, LTD. as a Fixed Operations Manager and then progressing to become a Senior Manager Aftersales Operations, and Senior Manager Aftersales, Marketing and Sales. In his current position, Mr. Raines is responsible for Global Infiniti Aftersales Operations and Strategy based in Hong Kong.
